Processing Time

Orders (for non-custom items) are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Custom and personalized orders may take a bit longer — 5-14 days- we’ll keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location.
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers like USPS and UPS.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Local Pickup

If you’re in the Charleston, SC area local pickup may be available — select the pickup option at checkout if offered.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can help file a claim or work toward a resolution.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — Sea Island Stitches is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
